We found a little chihuahua running around the neighborhood and up our front steps... he had no tags and no collars... so we had to take him in to keep him safe while we posted flyers around the neighborhood. The little chihuahua, whom was dubbed "Tito", reconfirms that we are big dog people... not little dog people (or, specifically, not chihuahua people). He's such a punk to Jasper.
